In St. Pölten in Austria was realized on 15th May the congres of twin cities Brno (CZ), Clichy (F), Heidenheim (D), St. Gilles (B) and St. Pölten (A). There was used commemorative postmark with the names of cities and with name of Jacob Prandtauer - great baroque builder (350 years since was born).
19th July, post office Brno 16 (first in Czech rep.) - start of pilot plant with new R- stickers with barcode. (FDC on the picture )

Czech Post published on the internet, that a new R- stickers will be used. On July 2010 some post offices begin to use these new R-stickerse. Since 1 September 2010 are new R-stickers in use in all post offices.
The new R-sticker is only in black and white and mainly it has barcode.
